Experiment TMV 5/17/2000

The Leginon system was used to automatically acquire cryo electron micrographs of tobacco mosaic virus. We have made available all low (660x) , intermediate (6,600x) and high magnification images collected during this experiment. These images are accessible from here and the work is fully described here.

The ITG is part of the Beckman Institute for Advanced Science and Technology at the University of Illinois.
