Linux/Unix Software

This page lists the software currently available our Linux machines and our Unix servers in the Visualization Laboratory. Due to licensing restrictions, machine capacity, or other software requirements, some of our packages may only be installed on a limited number of computers. Contact us if you have questions or concerns regarding available software or to request installation of other software on specific machines. Many packages are available for Macintosh and Windows computers as well.

Don't forget about manufacturer's web sites which often contain helpful information about the package in question.
