introduction to the microscopy suite's new multi photon confocal microscope

A state-of-the-art multi photon confocal microscope was installed in the Microscopy Suite of the Beckman Institute in March. The Leica Confocal has proved extremely popular with the 20 users that have been trained. This forum will cover the basics of confocal microscopy and multi photon microscopy as well as the optics in the Leica system and the use of the Leica software.
