Notes

Analyze 7.5 was the result of over ten years of development by the programming staff of the Biomedical Imaging Resource at the Mayo Clinic/Foundation. While it is a "comprehensive, robust and productive software package", its limitations were numerous. The highly unconventional user interface and the limitations forced upon the user with its single thread/single dataset processing model make it a cumbersome tool to learn and use.

Analyze 7.5 currently runs on delphi and pythia in the VMIL. It will eventually be phased out, not only by us, but by the Mayo Clinic. It would be in your best interests to start learning the new version now, but the old version will remain available for as long as we can keep it running. Tragically no user manuals are available to help you learn the new product.
