Notes

The remainder of this presentation will deal with specific cases of how to use Analyze_AVW to process your data. Some of the data comes from Dr. Malpeli's group, some from the sample datasets provided by Mayo, and some from random garbage collected off the Internet.

Since many datasets used with Analyze_AVW arrive as 2D image files, the discussion will start there. The images will be combined into a 3D dataset, then it will be registered to align the object within the dataset. After that, an object will be extracted from a 3D dataset, and a presentation will be constructed for printing.
