Analyze_AVW 1.1 is a comprehensive, interactive package for multidimensional image visualization, processing, and analysis. Developed by the Mayo Clinic's Biomedical Imaging Resource group, Analyze_AVW works particularly well in the analysis of biological data produced by MRI, CAT, and PET systems, as well as data sets produced from histological sectioning. This ITG forum will present an overview of the Analyze_AVW software, demonstrating how it differs from Analyze 7.5, and how it can be used to visualize scientific data.
