| File Format: | StereoInvestigator saves tracing data in
either binary (by specifying a file extention of .DAT) or ASCII (file extention
.ASC). Neuroexplorer (which is used for tracing analysis, including those done using Neurolucida and StereoInvestigator software) opens Neurolucida.DAT binary files, as well as ASC, ASCII, or NRX file formats. The data are saved as MicroBrightField.DAT files. |
