Neurolucida saves the image files by default in MBF 8-bit binary files. Other formats
supported are GIF, JPEG, TIF, TGA, PCX and PIW: use "Save As" to save the image
file in one of those formats. Neuroexplorer (which is used for tracing analysis, including those done using Neurolucida and StereoInvestigator software) opens Neurolucida.DAT binary files, as well as ASC, ASCII, or NRX file formats. The data are saved as MicroBrightField.DAT files. |
