ACCUSIZER FX particle sizer

The AccuSizer FX measures the extinction of a focused laser beam to determine the particle size distribution in a liquid flowing through a detection volume. As a particle flows through a focused laser beam, the beam is blocked by the particle and a decrease in the detected light intensity is related to the size of the particle. By measuring particle sizes for several minutes a complete distribution of the particle sizes in the liquid can be determined. This instrument will measure particle sizes from 0.7 microns to 20 microns.
