Mouse Kidney Glomerulus

Single optical section of mouse kidney obtained by simultaneous two-photon excitation at 780 nm from a 16-micron cryostat section. Labeled with (green) wheat germ agglutinin for glomeruli and convoluted tubules, (red) phalloidin for filamentous actin prevalent in glomeruli, and (blue) DAPI for the nuclei. Imaged using the Leica SP2 multiphoton confocal microscope. Bar = 40 microns.
