Nanotransfer Printing of Gold Nanocapsules onto a GaAs Wafer

In this experiment the gold film that was e-beam evaporated onto a PDMS stamp was not fully continuous; thus some of the capsules opened randomly when the rubber stamp was peeled away from the GaAs surface.
