Texas Instruments Digital Micromirror Device (DMD)

Composite of four ESEM images of a Texas Instruments Digital Micromirror Device (DMD), as used in Digital Light Projection (DLP) TVs and projectors. A, 45-degree image; B,C, and D are images of mirrors disrupted using compressed air, exposing the underlying architecture of the mirrors and base.
