Pulsed Force Mode Image of Single Stranded DNA Patterned on a Glass Substrate

Pulsed force mode images of a glass substrate patterned with 50 micron wide OTS stripes and backfilled with aminated 24 base pair oligonucleotides attached to a carboxylated surface. The image of the right depicts topological data whereas the image on the right depicts adhesion.
