Synapse at Neuromuscular Junction

Three-dimensional confocal data set showing localization of immunolabeled proteins at a neuro-muscular junction of the phrenic nerve in a rat diaphragm. Pre-synaptic proteins are immunolabeled with FITC (green) and post-synaptic proteins are labeled with Cy5 (red).
